Shipping policy

UK Shipping:
•A signature is required for all deliveries however you can request for your parcel to be left with your neighbour or in a safe place at your own risk.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for:
This delivery will arrive between 1-3 working days from when your order is dispatched. Available Monday - Friday

APC Overnight Delivery:
This delivery will arrive the day after dispatch by 5.30pm. Available Monday - Thursday

The customer will be liable for all costs of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties. Free delivery is offered to all those with an order over £350 ex VAT on goods, where the RegimA Zone Ltd Terms and Conditions document has been signed and returned. This excludes weekend delivery. Enter 'FREESHIP' Under discount code at checkout.

The cheapest option will be applied to your order dependent on the weight of the parcel. This amount will reflect at checkout.

•All delivery dates quoted by the Company are estimated only. It is the Stockists responsibility to check orders upon delivery.
•Any claim in respect of damage, delay or loss in transit must be given in writing by the Stockist to the Company, indicating the precise nature of the claim and having endorsed the carrier's delivery note accordingly, within 1 clear day of delivery, failing which the Company will have no liability to the Stockist
