Refund policy
Returns:
If a stockist changes their mind on a product, for whatever reason, the items can be returned under the following conditions. Any product can be returned for a full credit note as long as it’s still in the original packaging and has not been opened, damaged or tampered with in any way. RegimA need to be notified up to the 14th day from the order received date, and sent back within 28days to the warehouse address. All orders must be sent tracked delivery with a copy of the original dispatch note to avoid complications and delays. A credit note will be issued within 14days of receiving the returned product(s).
Within 1 working day after receipt of the goods, the customer shall be required to advise RegimA Zone of any defects, material or otherwise including photographs, failing which the goods shall be deemed to be complete and without defects.
RegimA will replace products to the customer in the case of faulty packaging, leaking from seams or seals, and when pumps are faulty.
Returns will not be accepted for allergies.
Any reaction to a product must be accompanied by the RegimA Client Card as well as a Client Complaint Form, before and after photos, and a doctor’s letter to confirm the reaction (and stating the script medication required to alleviate the symptoms, if there are any).
Credits and replacement products will be done at the discretion of RegimA Zone’s management.
No monetary refund will take place, a credit to the customer’s account will be processed and this remains at the discretion of RegimA Zone.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable. Please keep a copy of your postage receipt and if we offer you a credit or replacement, your postage fee will be credited to your account.
